Police never thought it would lead to an eighth grader. Jamie has been charge as an adult in the stabbing deaths of her 34yearold mother cheryl. Prosecutors say he was not a pawn of david barnes but rather a coconspirator. There has been a. Barnes buried her mother in the shallow grave which police found along with the car.
