New from overnight, a 13yearold girl is fighting for her life after she was caught in the crossfire during a shooting in philadelphia. Reporter the last update we had was in that child is in extremely Critical Condition inside Temple University hospital. Doctors are working to save her life inside the emergency room. Police are looking for two men who they say committed the crime. Look at or video. You can see residual evidence of the shots fired late last night near east atlantic avenue and stouton street. The victim was sitting on the front steps of a row house around 11 30. Two men running nearby exchanged gunfire. One of the round hit the girl in the chest. The girl was brought here to Temple University hospital in extremely Critical Condition. Police looking for the two men who were shooting. They dont have a suspect description. Police are hoping their search afro home in West Philadelphia will help solve the suspicious death of a newborn discovered inside a duffle bag. Neighbors watched as officers responded to the house last night. Investigators say a woman gave birth to a baby boy inside the home the night before. She then left without the infant and admitted herself to the hospital. According to police, the mom complained of pain but did not tell doctors about the birth of her child. The womans sister found the baby inside the duffle bag and caused police. The mother is being treated at the university of pennsylvania right now. This Morning Police are questioning a person of interest in connection to two sex assaults in south philadelphia. Yesterday Police IdentifiedRaheem Felder as a prn of interest and issued an arrest warrant for a parole violation. He turned himself in last night. Hes on parole after serving 12 years in prison for attempted murder. Hes not been charged for any other crimes. Police have not said if he is the man in this surveillance photo. Police say the man here stole a womans car and returned to her home and assaulted her. Police say a man is responsible for a similar attack nearby in match. In the Jerry Sandusky case has had a new accuser come forward. The accusers lawyer said that sandusky ruined his life and said the man has lived with this in secret for 27 years. He did not report it until 2011. The torngattorney Generals Office did not take any action raising statute of limitations concerns but the victim says he will take action. Sandusky is now serving 30 to 60 years in prison. Organizers tell us the world meeting of families will go on as planned despite a key vatican official being under investigation.
