Reporter and just within the last couple l of minutes we can tell you the medical examiner has had the task of removing those childrens bodies from the home out here. The forensic and crime scene investigators have been working diligently throughout day processing evidence with a warrant. Also taking photos. We are told they are not releasing the names of the victims at this point until they notify all of the loved ones. But these numbers will be dropping off as we go through tonight. Look at the air that is about to move in. We have mid 20s not too far away from us. Just off to our west through parts of ohio. So this combined with some windy conditions will be moving in tonight. So the cold is returning. Overnight tonight and into tomorrow morning. As we go through the late night hours we drop into the mid 30s by about midnight. Tomorrow morning we will be in the 20s. Aside from this, the wind is also back. Within the past few minutes, a judge formally sentenced yandamuri to death. A jury last month convicted him on two counts of firstdegree murder. He killed a woman and her 10monthold granddaughter more than two years ago. He abducted the baby from the familys king of prussia apartment and killed the grandmother when she tried to stop him. Prosecutors say he planned to hold the baby for ransom to pay off gambling debts but killed the child. Again, the sentence is death for yandamuri. A 33yearold ocean county man faced a judge on charges of vehicular homicide and driving under the influence. Police say Marcos Ortega hit 61yearold kenneth moehler along route 9 last week. He died from his injury on monday. Police say they say ortega driving with what looked like a person on the hood of his car. When they stopped the car, officers say moehlers body was halfway through the front windshields. A bucks county woman who lost her leg in a 2007 School Bus Crash will not get more money from the school district. Today the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled the damages from ashley zaufliks lawsuit will stay capped at 500,000. Zauflik lost her leg after a Runaway School Bus hit her outside pennsbury high school. A jury originally gave her 14 million but state law limits the liability of school districts. Zaufliks lawyer vows to change that law. The Coatesville Area School board could decide tonight whether to take legal action against a couple of former administrators caught up in a racist text messaging scandal. Former superintendent richard como and Athletic Director both quit after they were accused of sending racist text messages. Theyre under investigation for stealing money from the school system. Tonight the school board is expected to decide whether to view both men. All right. How about this . A grandmother admits to a judge that she sold pot to help raise her grandchildren. Now, 65yearold Candace Kelly will spend 15 to 20 months in prison. Police raided her home. They found 64 pounds of mare juan in and close to 400,000 in cash. Kelly pleaded guilty. She told the judge she sold as much as 14urks00 pounds of pot year for the last four years. Something completely different now. Thanksgiving celebrated a bit early today in germantown. Crews are finally removing the last remaining pieces of wreckage from the malaysian airliner shot down over ukraine. Someone shot the plane down with a missile four months ago. The passenger jet crashed in part of a battlefield for prorussian separatists and ukrainian troops are fighting. Thats why crews are taking so long to remove the wreckage. All 298 people onboard died. Investigators are still trying to figure out who fired the missile. In washington, a Senate Committee is Holding Hearings about dangerous airbags that may be in your car. The takata airbags can inflate with too much force sending pieces of metal flying into the air. At least five people have died. Dozens more injured. At todays hearing, a Company Official told lawmakers a National Recall isnt necessary. He says the recall should be limited to highhumidity areas. Senators also heard from a woman whose airbag exploded. When the impact occurred, shrapnel from my cars airbag shot through the airbag cloth and embedded into my right eye and cheek. Shortly after 8 00 sunday night, a Virgin Atlantic 747 was preparing to land when a pilot first spotted an unmanned drone flying near them at 3,000 feet. One minute later, a close call for the pilot of a delta 737 as he said the drone flew just over the planes left wing. And yesterday afternoon, it happened again. This time a jetblue crew spotting a drone during its final approach. Could get sucked into a jet engine, the kind of damage that would be done by a bird, it could amplified by the metal parts. Were going to have to educate the public. I hope, i pray that that education doesnt require a terrible tragedy. Police sent up a chopper to find the drones and whoever was flies them, but no luck. Residents racing around the clock to dig out before they get pummeled with more snow. Snow piles are about this high over here. Spent the morning cleaning out the driveway and now were just heading up to the store to get more gas for the snow blower and grab a some food. Reporter the constant hum of snow blowers, giant snow blowers clearing streets. And the roar of plows which has been working nonstop for more than a day. Moving the massive accumulation of snow. Front end loaders have been brought in to clear the streets because the snow is so thick and heavy. Homes are encased in the white stuff. Some appear to have added a second story. Others collapsed. Residents using whatever they can to remove the added weight from the rooftops. State and local officials stress that residents should stay home and off the roads. People are tempted to get into the car and to drive. That is a mistake. That is a mistake. Its a mistake for them personally. Theyre putting themselves in an unsafe position and making everybodys job harder. Reporter more snow is already on way and those hardest hit are doing what they can to get what they can. To prepare for up to 3 more feet of snow thats expected to fall in the next two days. Authorities are already looking nervously toward the coming weekend when temperatures are expected to increase, melting some of this snow and creating possible flooding conditions. The bills and the jets were supposed to play sunday, but this weeks storm left the stadium covered in snow as you see from this image. And Officials Say it is too dangerous for people to travel up there. The nfl hopes to release new information soon about when the game will be rescheduled.
