Reporter investigators say they found a. 45 caliber automatic hand gun under one of the cars parked outside this after hours club. One of the dead may may be one of the shooters. Lets take a look at our video. 35th District Police<\/a> say they got a call of gunfire outside this Learning Academy<\/a>, which doubles as an afterhours club. Two other injured, being hit in the arm and the leg. One of those victims is at einstein Medical Center<\/a>, other at temple. Both are in Critical Condition<\/a>. Investigators say there were members of a Motorcycle Club<\/a> outside the club. An argument between members of that club preceded the shooting. Theyre not sure what sparked the argument but that preceded the shooting. Were live in the fern rock section of philadelphia, nbc 10 news, jesse gary. A shelter in place order was lifted in Monroe County<\/a>, this as authorities continue their manhunt for eric frein. Hes accused of shooting two Pennsylvania State<\/a> troopers in blooming grove, pike county, a little more than a week ago. He killed one of them. Police have been looking for the selfproclaimed survivalist. State police are urging people not to go into the woods where Law Enforcement<\/a> is searching for the suspect. Police locked down their neighborhoods to look for the alleged killer yesterday. We understand whats going on, the importance of them catching the guy but, for us, its just frustrating. State police told us in an email that while they still do not have eric frein in custody, they are determined to find him. It was one of their own, Corporal Bryon Dickson<\/a> who was shot and killed in the ambush outside of the barracks in pike county on september 12th. Stay with nbc 10 and nbc10. Com. Also in northeastern pennsylvania, police are investigating a deadly accident that killed five people, including three children. Four vehicles were involved in the crash yesterday, along route 115 in effort, Monroe County<\/a>. Thats about 30 miles north of allentown. Authorities say a mini van carrying the five victims was speeding. Nobody else was hurt. In philadelphia, three people, including two children, are recovering in the hospital from a pitbull attack. Police tell nbc 10 that two boys ages 9 and 11 years old, were bitten by the dog yesterday on beverly road in west oak lane. A bystander who tried to help was also attacked. Police were able to capture the dog. A pennsylvania lobbyist is being held on Sexual Assault<\/a> charges. A woman claims that a. J. Marsico sexually attack her at his office at the bellevue in center city. She told Philadelphia Police<\/a> that the alleged assault followed an event at the yawn onleague last month. Marsico is a lobbyist with green leaf partners, based in harrisburg. His attorney has reportedly stated that his client is innocent. This weekend, a Philadelphia Community<\/a> is remembering a teenager who was shot and killed near his own home. A block party was held yesterday to honor the memory of jameer haynesworth. Nbc 10 was there on franklin street in north philly. c jameer was killed in june. He was struck by a stray bullet while a rowdy party was breaking up near his home. Jameer haynesworth was just 16 years old. His alleged killer is being held without bail. Today, nurses at a Delaware County<\/a> hospital are set to go on strike. Some 500 nurses from crozerchester Medical Center<\/a> were preparing yesterday. The walkout will run until tuesday. The nurses have been working without a contract since june 8th. The major Sticking Point<\/a> in their associations is staffing. We spoke to some families of patients at the Medical Center<\/a>. Theyve got mixed feelings. Some understand why the nurses are doing it, others say patients care may be affected. Its not going to be good with no nurses. These, im being honest, they are excellent. Theyve given my son excellent care. I think its not right. If people have insurance, they should have the proper medical care for them. Like i said, i was a worker, too. I can understand what theyre doing through with the money situation. Crozerchester Medical Center<\/a> released a statement to us, saying in part we have a contingency staffing plan in place, licensed, certified, experienced, trained nurses will provide care for patients and their families at crozer. A bill to provide crucial funding for the cashstrapped Philadelphia School<\/a> district is expected to come to a vote as early as tomorrow. The gop leadership in harrisburg put off fullhouse action last week after a House Committee<\/a> voted unanimously in favor of the 2 per pack cigarette tax.
