According to these court documents, hes been arrested at least 11 times in the past, charged with everything from indecent exposure to assault, recklessly endangering another person and harassment. Septa police had contact with him before so did philadelphia pd. My sense is that he had been in center city that he had frequented that area may have been in shelters in that particular area. Reporter monday police say green walked a woman if a remote part of the septa station and then tried to rape her. When she fought with him, he beat her. He basically pummeled her, beat her with his fists, kicked her repeatedly. Reporter barbara rides septa often and says shes thankful for the septa cameras.
