Our wind speeds are gusting up to 20 Miles Per Hour. A closer look at our temperatures throughout the rest of the region 48 in doylestown. 50 in allentown. 52 in blue bell. 48 in washington township. Were at 51 degrees in wrightstown, 50 in trenton, and right along the shoreline, 59 in beach haven, 47 in avalon. Our temperatures are anywhere from 2 to 10 degrees warmer than this time yesterday. Now lets get you back to that breaking news out of Gloucester County. Right now there is a major pileup on i295 in greenwich township. Here a live look from one of our Traffic Cameras. The crash is on the southbound side, near exit 17. It involves as you can see, multiple vehicles emergency crews have also responded. This is affecting traffic in both directions. Now, on the southbound side drivers can get we on the shoulder but again, a major backup here. This is going to be a problem for a little while. We know at least two people are being transported for possible injuries. We do have a crew on the way and we will bring you updates throughout the newscast. We are getting new video this morning of the rescue operation following the earthquake in nepal. Rescue crews pulled this man from the rubble of a wilgd, more than a day after the quake shook the region. A powerful 6. 7 magnitude aftershock jolted nepal. People ran out of their houses to the safety of open ground. Officials now say at least 2,200 people across several countries were killed in the quake and the number is continuing to rise. The devastating impact overseas is being felt back here in our area. A northeast philadelphia man called nepal home for two decades and was moved the tears, when he heard the news of the earthquake. The government of nepal took sharma in along with more than a thousand other refugees who are now living in philadelphia. A group of them watched coverage of the aftermath last night, from rhawnhurst. They tell us its difficult to see the suffering, the desperate search for survivors and the widespread destruction. I cry, literally, like when i saw the news when i heard, when i saw people. There are many people that i knew personally, one of my colleagues was teaching in a college together. His house completely collapsed. Luckily, the family was out at the time. Char mas local group plans to collect money to send to nepal. He says that they are thankful for what the country did for them and they want to help out, however they can. New this morning, two people were seriously injured after a minivan and a car collided in the cobbs creek section of philadelphia. The crash happened early this morning on walnut and south 52nd streets. The impact knocked down a traffic poll. The cause here is under investigation. Also new from overnight, one person is in the hospital after being hit by a car on street road in bucks county. This happened at the ramp to i95 in bensalem just before 2 00 this morning. The crash shut down street roads for nearly three hours. Were told that the driver did stop. Theres no word on the condition of the victim. In Camden County police are looking for the person who pulled the trigger in a shooting that left a High School Football star dead. Somebody shot and killed 18yearold Jamir Ballard early yesterday afternoon. The linebacker was hoping to play College Football and was being recruited by temple university. The teen was walking to the store with his younger cousin just a block from his house, when gunfire erupted. Bullard was hit, but managed to get his cousin to safety. Crews then rushed bullard to the hospital, but he died a short time later. Hes a good person and if you know who did this to my son, just bring him to justice. Police do not know what the sparked the violence in this case. Their investigation is ongoing. In Mercer County police there are investigating a quadruple shooting. It happened just after 6 00 last night on wood street in trenton. Police say all four victims were treated at the hospital. One of them underwent emergency surgery. Their Current Conditions are unknown and theres no word yet on a suspect or a motive. Now to an update from philadelphia police. Theyve made an arrest in connection with a brawl at a septa station. This morning, Andrzei Bodziak is facing a lift of charges, including a vated assault. His arrest stems from this scene on tuesday afternoon at the Spring Garden septa station. High School Students attached the each other on the platform. Police are still looking for three more suspects in this case. Today, administers at a nowclosed Montgomery County day care will help parents find other options for their kids. The Goddard School in blue bell closed its doors on friday leaving dozens of parents without child care for tomorrow. Parents tell us they were surprised by the schools decision to suddenly close. Not only do they have our money, but we also have nowhere to place our children for monday. Today Goddard School administrators will meet with parents to help them find new child care. Three people are dead and a firefighters is injured after police say somebody threw a molotov cocktail into a los angeles fire shop. The twoalarm blaze broke out friday morning. One of the victims became trapped behind a fence trying to escape. A firefighter burned his face trying to save that man. Crews did manage to rescue a dog from the property. Police are now investigating. Lets head to alabama now, where this morning the coast guard is searching for three four boaters who are still missing after several sailboats capsized during a regatta event. More than 100 voters were participating in the draw fin island regatta in mobile bay yesterday afternoon when a storm rolled into the area. Several of the sailboats flipped over. Other boats tried to haul people from the water. A coast guard crew rescued one person late last night. Meantime, the mayor of Dauphin Island says one person was kill killed.
