Reporter the attorney general announced the two former principals were arrested and we are expecting that police will bring them here to the First District sometime within the next half hour or so. These two former principals are charged with allegedly changing answers on standardized tests from wrong to right in order to boost the scores. We do expect police will bring them here to the police station. She was a principal at Communication Technology high school. He was a principal at edward boch technical high school. They are charged with one count each of tampering with public records or information, forgery and tampering with records or identification. These arrests are the latest from the office of the attorney general. The office of the attorney general is investigating widespread cheating throughout the Philadelphia School district as well as other districts in the state. Of course, we are watching here to see when those two former principals are brought here to the police station. As soon as they are, we will bring you an update. A live look inside city hall. The president is at the podium. The bill is in response to an attack on a gay couple in center city. Three suspects turned them services in. Philip williams, Kathryn Knott and Kevin Harrigan are out on bail. Monique braxton is live at city hall with more on the hate crime bill. What can you tell us . All are out on bond and due back in court at the end of the month. The three were seen on videotape near the scene of the attack and identified by people who know them as well as the victims. He allegedly ambushed a Police Barracks on september 12 killing one trooper and wounding another. Authorities released this photo yesterday of his jeep that was found stuck in a ravine. In it police found empty packs of serbian cigarettes and dirty diapers. They believe he is using the diapers while staying hidden for long periods of time. Officers spotted frein in the woods near his family home within the last day and a half. But he was able to slip away. Police say they are determined to catch him. Opening statements are under way for a man accused of killing a baby and her grandmother during a botched kidnapping. It took eight days to seat a jury. The man faces the Death Penalty if convicted. He is accused of killing a 10monthold and the girls grandmother. The suspect kidnapped the little girl two years ago. They say he planned to hold her for ransom to pay off a gambling debt. He is arguing he was forced to go to the home by two men and they committed the murders. Friends and families are saying goodbye to a 15yearold philadelphia girl killed this week by a stray bullet. Funeral services were being are being held today. She was not and killed monday afternoon. This happened after she walked home from high school. 19yearold darion person is charged with the murder. He was involved with a fight with teens and fired shots at them and one the bullets struck the girl and another hitting a 19yearold man. Police in Atlantic City say wet weather is to blame for a crash that injured at least seven people. The vehicle hit a building along pacific and massachusetts avenues. A minivan was also involved. One person was hurt. Septa will hold a Board Meeting as time ticks away on the coolingoff period during a transit worker strike. That took place in june. The workers are still out without a contract after both sides failed to reach an agreement. Officials tell us the next few weeks will be a critical time for negotiations between septa and the union and another possible strike looms. Those gathered hoped she will be found safe now that matthew has been found. A florida mom faces child abuse and other charges after police found her 5monthold baby in the trunk of her car. Police stopped 19yearold mother for a burned out car headlight. They say she gave them a fake name and didnt have her license on her. Thats when officers heard a baby crying. They found the infant in the trunk and they made the arrest. Police say she told them she put the baby in the trunk because she did not want to be ticketed for the child not being in a car seat. The baby is said to be doing okay. The trial for the suspected Boston Marathon bomber is scheduled for january and it will stay in boston. They postponed the trial from november to january. Prosecutors say the two men placed two bombs near the finish line of the marryathmarathon. The nypd is coming under fire this time. It involves a pregnant woman being thrown to the ground. The video surfaced this weekend. It shows the woman in the circle there. She hit the ground stomach first. She was trying to comfort her son who had been arrested by police. An officer was seen throwing another person to the ground. Internal affairs is investigating. A pregnant woman, any woman should not be thrown the way she was and treated the way she was. You were excellent. Reporter because of her fight, she was one of the kids chosen to meet hoda kotb and be in the story to shine a light on cancer. Its great to tell her were going to do something fun. She has to get a pinch and stuff like that. For her to be able to come here and do something fun, she loved it. Reporter the story was filmed at Childrens Hospital where the kids had part in a music video to debut a new song entitled truly brave a song that captured the qualities of each young patient who were part of something so fun while dealing with something so difficult. It was so fun to see them be proud of it. It was something that after the two days they were like, we did this and we did it together. Now its going to go out there and give a great message to everybody watching. Dont be afraid reporter after the first month of chemo, there was no sign of cancer for sophia.
