Gerald gibson is a former philadelphia narcotics officer accused of stealing money in an fbi sting and not turning it over until the agency confronted him. Gibson is the former husband of governor corbetts daughter, katherine. And in delaware county, a former deacon and sunday School Teacher scheduled to be sentenced on child porn charges. Steven allman was arrested last year after police say they found dozens of child porn videos on his home computer. He pleaded guilty in june. He was a deacon at Middletown Presbyterian Church in media. This morning, Philadelphia Police are still looking for the person who shot and killed a pregnant woman and left her baby fighting for its life after an emergency delivery. Police say 26yearold megan doto was caught in a hail of gunfire on allen street in frankford yesterday morning and taken to Temple University hospital, where the baby was delivered by emergency csection. The baby is now in critical condition. Police believe that a man who was sitting with doto outside her home may have been the intended target of the shooting. Beginning this morning, trains will once again run through a new york subway tunnel that was badly damaged by hurricane sandy. This is what the subway tunnel looked like after taking on millions of gallons of water from sandy. Well, now, after nearly two years of repairs, the tunnel will reopen for rush hour this morning. Crews installed three miles of lighting and replaced substations pumps and track switches and changes were made to better equip the tunnel for the next major storm. Include a Circuit Breaker room in the tunnel, which has been sealed with a heavyduty waterproofing door of submarine quality. This is beneficial because we dont have to do all these alternative routes anymore. We can just get on the r train and go wherever it is we need to go. Experts say odiles winds could be devastating and the heavy rains could trigger flash flooding and mudslides.
