She ran inside for help and the suspect followed her. The customers intervened. The woman was taken to the hospital and the suspect is now in custody. Two weeks ago a man was stabbed inside the same pathmark. One pulled out a knife and stabbed the other in the knife and face. The victim is still in critical condition. The suspect was arrested. Wilmington police are investigating the fight you see here between two young kids that was videotaped by adaulults. The video posted on facebook and getting thousands of views. The two children who arent older than 7 are just wailing on each other while adults watched. They laugh, and theyre videotaping this. A special Education Teacher reported it to police after she saw 15,000 views but claimed no one was taking any action. Theyre searching for one of the men seen in this video, as well as the man who posted it. Now to philadelphias School Budget crisis, teachers wont be charged for their health care for now. The Teachers Union sought a ruling after the school formed commission canceled its contract with the teachers on october 6th. A judge issued a temporary injunction. The teachers have made financial concessions for years and should not be the ones fixing the issue. But the src says the city cannot afford to keep giving teachers free health benefits. The teachers should not be the Funding Source for the school district. It is not the teachers responsibility to fund the system. Now from our delaware bureau, nearly ea dozen students are facing charges this morning after a brawl at newark high school. Police say multiple fights at the school. About 12 to 15 students were taken into custody. Nobody was seriously hurt. Police say it started when school staff broke up a fight in the cafeteria yesterday morning and while they were doing that, other fights started in the hallways. First fight was the result of some type of ongoing neighborhood dispute that spilled over into the school on monday morning. The second fight were still looking to get to the bottom of what caused that. 11 of the students will be charged for their roles. Officers remained that school throughout the day as a precaution. Happening today, the board of education will decide whether to uphold a suspension of football coaches whose players allegedly sexually abused their teammates in the hazing ritual. The allege locker room assaults ended the football season. Several players, both victims and witnesses spoke to the New York Times<\/a> in a report released yesterday. The witnesses to the alleged attacks describe how younger players were physically held down and beaten and sexually assaulted in some cases. They described it as a bonding process. This split between people who think they saw a crime, versus people who dont think they were a victim of a crime.
