So its partially blocking that exit ramp and part of that righthand shoulder there. You can see traffic still sliding on through and moving along great. 12 minutes not affecting the drive times at all southbound from 38 up to this point. As we head over to route 422, drive times there free and clear as well. Eastbound is where you see the delay in the morning. Thats not for the next several hours or so. 8 minutes headed eastbound from the 29 up to the schuylkill expressway. Well check in with mass transit and more drive times when im back in 10. Lets get to breaking news now were following. A car jacking and crash in philadelphia. This happened at 53 and saybrook in kingsessing. The stolen car charactered into the parked car a few blocks from where it was taken. A man stole the car from someone at gun point. The driver was not hurt. The car jacker ran from the scene of the crash. Police are still looking for them. Its 4 32. Thousands of Police Officers and National Guards men controlled baltimore to enforce a city wide curfew. That was to prevent a repeat of monday nights riots, fires and looting. Nbc 10s matt delucia is live in the digital operations center. A few incidents last night but nothing like monday night. Reporter thats right. The curfew started at 10 00 latz night and it ends in 30 minutes. New jersey state troopers were out there yesterday and theyre assisting local police in keeping the police. Overall the Police Commissioner says things have been going smoothly in light of that curfew. Initially they fired off pepper balls and as many as 200 protestors as a way of disbursing the crowd. There were a handful of arrests, but no major incidents. Streets remain mostly clear for the rest of the night. President obama yesterday addressed the crisis in baltimore. He showed no sympathy for the rioters calling mondays violence counter productive. It is not a protest. That is not a status. Its a handful of people taking advantage of a situation for their own purposes and they need to be treated as criminals. [ bleep ]. [ bleep ]. Get over here now youve probably seen this video right now. A woman yelling at her son for taking part in the riot. That video has gone viral. Its been viewed more than a million times on facebook. One person was shot in the leg. Police say they arrested another man and recovered a gun. It happened during the protest near the place where an unarmed black teen was killed by a white Police Officer last august. Its not clear if the shooting was related to the protest. The mother of a man killed by Philadelphia Police is expected to hold a News Conference later today. Brandon tatebrowns mother is suing the city. Police shot and killed him last december after pulling him over in may fair. The District Attorney ruled that tatebrown did not follow officers orders and was reaching for a gun when officers shot him. Tatebrowns mother is suing for wrongful death saying they planted the gun. Theyre looking for two suspects in the kidnapping of a philadelphia Jewelry Store owner. The only suspect appeared before a judge yesterday. He used this van to abduct and torture the woman from jewelers row before releasing her. Kyrie gay faces kidnapping and robbery charges. He was at the National Watch store speaking with the victim and taking her Business Card the day before the abduction. He was brought back to philadelphia. Gay and two others grabbed the victim from a Center City Parking garage, threw her into the van on april 4th. Police say they shocked the victim with a taser because they wanted to get into the safe inside the store. They said the captors demanded the Security Code and alarm passwords to the Jewelry Store. This Morning Police in bucks county are looking for a man seen on video breaking into a church and stealing donation money. The burglar was caught on this video. Police say he broke in monday night, stole from the collection box, thats the object you see him reaching in over there, and they say he later came back to steal some cash. Parishioners tell us its a sign of the times. You know its a sin. They think that the church has money. Yeah, they take in money for the poor. They dont keep any money in the church per se. Its sad that somebody has to do this. Police described the man as an older man possibly with a goatee. If you know anything about this call the police. Theres a new push to keep neighborhoods located along Railroad Tracks safe. Next philadelphias call for help to keep them safe. A hotels dirty secret. Wilson was shot three times and died shortly after the shooting. His partner fired back at the suspects as they tried to leave the scene.
