The three suspects in that attack kevin harrigan, catherine knot and Philip Williams all from bucks county were arraigned and released on bail yesterday. They are accused of using gay slurs and punching the two victims. Lawyers for the suspects say the fight was mutual and not motivated by sexual orientation. And in philadelphia yesterday, city council several by introduced a bill to close a loophole in the citys hate crime law. The measure will make offenses motivated by hatred due to sexual orientation, gender or gender identity a hate crime. Obviously, this is emerging as a very ugly incident, not only from the violence that occurred, but this entitled attitude that some of these kids have and that they can come to our city. The bill calls for sentences of up to 90 days in jail and fines up to 2,000. New developments in the ray rice scandal. The head of security for the nfl said he never got video in april of ray rice punching his fiancee in the elevator. A Law Enforcement official claims he sent the video directly to the nfl security chief Jeffrey Miller back in april. Miller said he never got it. The league insists no one saw the tape until earlier this month. Rice was fired, as you know, by the Baltimore Ravens and the League Suspended him indefinitely after the video was released.
