Also new from overnight, Philadelphia Police are searching for the person who opened fire on a man who was sitting on his front porch. This happened around 11 00 last night on west spencer street near 21st and germantown. Police say two men came by, one of them asked the victim what he was looking at. He pulled out a gun and fired six shots. The vick was hit in the thigh. He is listed in stable condition. Both of the suspects took off running. Happening today, were expecting test results from a Montgomery County apartment complex. Thats where Authorities Say a suspect wrote a letter laced with the poison ricin.
