This is what youre going to find. I hope this guy doesnt mind ming with his chalk here. This is what youre going to find when you come out this morning. Snowflakes enough to coat you and be a little nuisance but good news it does feel much warmer this morning. Not that you need to get excited about that. But just as a precaution, also down the street if there are icy spots, youre not going to see them because there is enough snow to coat the ground and the pavement lightly. So, be careful when you head out. Give yourself about five or ten extra minutes because you may have to move the dusting of snow. Were seeing that dusting all across the area right now. Lets start off with the radar. You can see that snow across the highway the area, including, again, the northeast extension. Pennsylvania turnpike 422. Route 202 and route 30 bypass and route 100. Well zoom in this in and take you into the norristown area. Specifically the blue route. Right near the midcounty toll plaza. Take a look here. The on and off ramps. The one line of traffic. The on and off ramps especially careful there on the highways, the side streets. You have to slow down no matter where you are going. Thats what it is looking like along the blue route. Doesnt appear to be showing anyone down too much on the highways. That yellow light on 76 eastbound from the turnpike to the vine. Average speed about 49

Some people are just starting to put on their brake and 76 still looks good and the blue route, as i mentioned, pretty average as far as the drive times go however, seeing snow cover on the blue route. Tracy, i just checked in with investigators they have the name of the person who pulled a trigger on a semi automatic handgun right here in this parking lot. They have not made an arrest but they hope they have good leads that lead to an arrest very soon. That man shot and wounded a 26yearold victim feet from the front door of this

here in northeast philadelphia. Police say they drove here to meet the suspect over a debt. The spect fired three times hitting the victim in the right arm, the chest and the leg as the victim sat in his car. You can see the muzzle flash of the weapon. And the shots being fired. And then the victims vehicle flee the scene and then the shooter runs back into his vehicle and gets in the drivers seat and also takes off. Surveillance cameras stationed on the outside of the building captured the crime as it happened. Police are using those recordings and interviews right now withes to track down the shooters. Now, in some other areas, youre going to have to look into the street lights to really see the snow. You may also have to use a light brush to get the snow coating off your car. But the big problem is going to be if there is some ice under whats falling now, youre not going to see it because the light snow that weve had in the past 40 minutes or so is covering the sidewalk and the street. Reuters is reporting that one of these brothers met with an al qaeda leader who was killed a couple years ago, but met with him in yemen. His death brought up safety concerns bout the river in the manayunk area. The safety concerns in that area are, have been noted and the city as the mayor suggested would be taking a look at it at some point. Lehigh Valley<\/a> specifically in lower socken township. This is the area were talking about. You can see this big spot of red. Thats where were dealing with a big closure on 78 westbound. Now all of this blue and white. Light snowfall throughout the area. Youll notice that that snow is falling over this portion of interstate 78 that weve been talking about is closed. So, 78 westbound is closed off right now as i mentioned right near route 33. That is what we have happening. We are zooming in right here. You can see this big line of red, this closure were dealing with. As the camera pulls out. 78 at morganhill road and this traffic has not moved in about 40 minutes. This is a really serious accident. Clear exactly how many vehicles are involved and whats happening out there, but 22 is your alternate route for that portion of 78. Again, stick to 22.
