Police say the driver of this car lost control and smashed into a tree. He and his passenger were taken to Cooper University hospital. And its unclear what caused the driver to lose control of the car. Meanwhile, four men with ties to the local mob will face sentencing this week for their roles in the multimillion scheme. The jury found nicodemus scarfo and others guilty of intimidation to take over a texas based Mortgage Company and using the assets to buy cars homes and a yacht. Scarfo will be sentenced tomorrow and his associate will be sentenced today. Scarfo is the son of former philadelphia mob boss mickey scarfo. A group homeworker was accused of sex crimes against two teenager girls. Prosecutors say Larry Holliday sexually assaulted the girls and inappropriately touched another. They are group in waterford township where holliday worked. We are not naming the center because of the allegations. And this brutal beating took place on a septa subway platform. The group attacks the little boy last thursday afternoon at the walnut locust station in center city. The group followed the victim when he tried to get away. He was not seriously hurt. The Camden CountyPolice Lieutenant pleaded guilty to lewdness in connection to an incident at a cherry hill coffee shop. In a video posted online the president should have done what he said he was going to do and not interject himself.
