This morning Philadelphia Police are revealing Surveillance Video hoping to find the kids who threw chunks of concrete at a school bus. 20yearold Courtney Clancy was on the bus and was hurt by flying shards of glass. Clancy is a student at the school of the future in west philadelphia. She has social and behavioral disorders and suffers from seizures. Her daughter was bullied and she thinks she was targeted.
