The assistant walking out of court with her husband, donald watson, both out on bail. At her new house, she said nothing. And at her old home we ran into another man. When the Power Company turned off electricity for firefighters, the lights stayed on. And the fire marshal said that can get dangerous. They say the man in these surveillance pictures is watson, freedhofers husband, accused of ripping out six golf cart batteries. The damage could cost as much as 6,000. Breaking news in philadelphias Port Richmond neighborhood, where police are on the scene of a deadly hitandrun crash. In the past hour a car slammed into the motorcycle dragging it 100 feet before driving off. The paramedics rushed the motorcyclist to the hospital where he died. The driver also hit a car before speeding away in a gray pontiac aztec. New information tonight in the case of a south jersey nun accused of drunk driving in gloster county. A ruling is expected next wednesday for sister kimberly miller. She told the judge she cant remember anything about her arrest last november which was captured on dash cam. Officers testified they saw her driving erratically and that she smelled of alcohol. Sister miller says after an event at a bookstore, she went back to her north philadelphia convent, had a glass of wine, then took an ambien to help her sleep. The next thing she remembers is being at the Police Station in new jersey. she clearly took the ambien for medical reasons. She clearly didnt know about the warnings. Sister miller says she has a history of sleep walking. And takes medicine for an arthritic condition. New information tonight about the death of a baby at a Lehigh CountyDay Care Center earlier this month. Tonight we learned that Day Care Center has been shut down. 3monthold makenna rose was found unresponsive back on april 1st. She died at a hospital. Investigators say a staffer put the baby down for a nap and left her unsupervised for 25 minutes. Police say the death does not appear suspicious. But they are waiting toxicology results. Tonight a bill to legalized medical marijuana in pennsylvania is heading to the governors desk. 149, nays are 46. This house vote on the issue today set off cheers from parents and lobbyists who have been fighting for the last year and a half to get the measure approved. It just passed in the house. Im so elated. I want to cry because im so happy. Theresa got into an accident 8 years ago, and uses marijuana to control her chronic pain. She says shell no longer have to live as a criminal in pennsylvania. Its going to change my life. Give me access to medicine. Ill be out of pain and not get addicted to stuff. The law will allow people suffering from 17 diagnosed conditions to have access to medical marijuana in oil or ointment form. Senator leach has been working for it since 2010. So many people, whether its children with epilepsy, whether its cancer patients. The bill got a 14946 vote. This is about making pennsylvania families, giving them some relief from pain and anguish theyve had needlessly for so many years. Representative chris dush opposed the bill. I want it to be done, and i want it to be done quickly. But i want it to be done right. It will take two years for statewide dispensaries to be up and running. But there is a Safe Harbor Provision in the bill that allows parents to avoid the wait by buying marijuana from another state for their children. So we have more frost advisories, more freeze warnings, much of the area will be right around freezing by early tomorrow morning, so you may wake up to patchy frost around. Otherwoods sunny and dry throughout the afternoon. Fairly light winds overnight and dry stretch all the way into the weekend, which will eventually be warming up into the 70s by sunday. Right now, though, were still in the 40s north and west of philadelphia. These temperatures are going to keep on dropping, though. 47 degrees in the philadelphia area. But some spots like millville already at 36 degrees. Atlantic city 39. So yes, we do expect those freezing temperatures to come into play. So our suburbs expected to be frosty tonight. Temperatures by around sunrise will be the coldest, mostly mid to low 30s through much areas, many areas north and west of philadelphia. Here, also south jersey. This shows us where we expect the frost and freeds. The purple, freeze warning. Blue frost advisory either way we expect temperatures to be around 32 degrees or colder in these areas. So by 8 00 a. M. , well be seeing cold temperatures to at least to support some patchy frost. Reaching around 60 as we go through the afternoon. Nice sunshine as we go through the next several days, because of this big area of high pressure. We have no rain moving in anytime soon. And in fact, it looks really good all the way into the weekend. One indication of that, the pollen is going to stay high. It was high today at 10. 6 on a scale from 0 to 12. So this really does show you how high its going to be. Even into friday, still above a 10 through your weekend, 10. 9 by sunday. So we expect nice weather. If any rain were to come, you would see the pollen levels dropping and we dont see them dropping anytime soon. If you compare this past weekend to what we expect this week, huge difference.
