Males yelling, and then placed the call to 911. Police say the victim came here to visit a friend but never made it inside the apartment. The friend still inside the apartment heard gunshots, came down stairs and found the victim laying in the doorway. The he fled up toward eagle road and disappeared in an alley. He yelled an expletive an those who saw him running away. As for the victim. They pulled out a guy on a stretcher. They were resuscitating him. He was pronounced dead at the hospital. While the search continues for the killer, police say there is not a threat to the general public. We think he may have been targeted for some reason. May know the shooter. We dont think its a random shooting by any stretch. And police are still trying to piece together exactly what happened.
