Here they made room for they shifted gears for the easter spring flowers, mulch and soil. With this pending snow look, they are clearing space in the front of the store and look what they brought out of storage today. Shovels. Thats really depressing. Reporter call it inconvenience or nuisance or backwards, a spring storm to steal the show with Snowfall Forecast for sunday, the first day of spring. At a park today families out enjoying the sunshine, it certainly feels like spring is in full swing. The clear skies gave sky force 10 a perfect view of penndot crews brining 95 north near the airport. Mother nature likes to throw a curveball. Now were digging out the salt and shovels. Reporter flowers will move inside to the greenhouse and shelves that have spreaders and soil will move over for salt and shovels, anything winter to come out of storage shed in case you need it. Now to breaking news related to the paris terror attacks, a fugitive suspected in those attacks is now in custody after a raid in belgium. Officials now say there were more people involved in the plot than they initially thought. George spencer joins us live with that new information that we learned from investigators. George. Rosemary, the belgian Prime Minister came out and said that three suspects were arrested in todays operation, including salah abdeslam. He had been on the run for four months before his arrest today. He was the only suspect in the paris attacks who was still at large. The Prime Minister tweeted he received congratulations from president obama about that capture. Belgian news outlets report that abdeslam was hurt in the raid, while another suspect was shot dead. Authorities think abdeslam was the eighth attacker in that coordinated isis assault in paris that killed 130 people, out enjoying a friday night back in november, one was abdeslams brother who blew himself up. Authorities say the suspect slipped into bell jam after the spree. They will want to know how he evaded authorities for so long and will want him to answer questions about the plotting of the terror attack. Earlier this week we can tell you that a separate raid targeting other suspects in the paris attacks ended with the arrest of another suspect who was also thought to be involved in that terrorism. The car flew through the air like a scene from the dukes of hazzard along annapolis and south boulevard avenue this morning. Witnesses tell police they saw two people trying to get out of the car just as it was sinking. The passenger was treated on the scene, the driver was arrested, charged with driving while intoxicated. We have new information in the case of a new jersey man who killed his mother days after he finished serving three decades in prison. Steven pratt has been sentenced to another 25 years behind bars. He pleaded guilty to killing his mother in Atlantic City in 2014, it happened two days after he was freed from prison. He had been serving time for killing his next door neighbor in 1984 when pratt was 15 years old. Philadelphia police say it was a chaotic morning for officers who were serving a warrant in port richmond. The suspect ran off in his underwear when officers shot a dog. The officers were waiting to enter a house around 6 00 this morning while someone inside moved several pit bulls to the backyard. Once the officers went in, police say the suspect took off in his underwear without shoes. He left the door open and one of the dogs got back inside and charged at an officer. The officer then shot the dog. The dog is still alive. The suspect got away, hes wanted for failing to appear in court on drug charges. Now to decision 2016. New York City Police officers standing guard outside the home of eric trump, after he received a suspicious piece of mail containing a white powder which was determined to be harmless but it also had a letter saying the republican frontrunner should drop out of the race or the next letter would be real. On the democratic side, vermont senator Bernie Sanders says Hillary Clinton is still beatable for the partys nomination. He says he can win several western states as well as april primaries in wisconsin, new york, and also here in pennsylvania. Clinton holds the lead of more than 300 committed delegates. As you can see, they marched through traffic near eakins oval and carried posters with messages for the police. It ended at United Methodist church where they bet the local District Attorney and other leaders. Discussed a more trusting relationship between minority communities and law enforcement. When the cops come i get scared so i walk out of the way. Its not great seeing my people gunned down in the street unarmed. So for me as a black woman and black person this is important for me. From the delaware bureau, an 88yearold man died from the flu, the first flu death in the state this season, Officials Say its been a recent spike in cases, the number doubling last week from the week before. I understand many might not know they have been scammed . Reporter or they thought it was a sales man who showed up trying to pitch something. This guy hits in business areas but targets Small Businesses, a Tattoo Parlor, a family owned drycleaner as well as a privately owned barber shop. The guy came in, he was scroungy looking, unkept, reddishblond hair. Reporter first when she spotted the guy up the street she thought he needed a haircut. He came win a little red bucket. Nicks barber shop has a strict no solicitation policy. She is the pit bull. I just felt sorry for him. Kind of bold. He went for the fire extinguisher and offered a better deal on a refill and service. I said we dont need a change. After she gave him her usual brushoff he left. Problem is he went over to the drycleaner and across the street to the Tattoo Parlor and dozens of businesses from philly to scranton. Offering to service fire extinguishers and pose as fire marshals in towns across the area. I knew there was something wrong. He didnt have tags on anything professional to say who he was representing. You knew it was a scam but you didnt dial 911. I did not. I did not. And i should have. A fire marshal would never show up without i. D. Or in full uniform. The town wont demand cash. They say the guy has gotten payouts as small as 20 and as much as 200. They fear it could cause more than cash especially if the guy certify as fire system that is not safe. All things they didnt think of when the guy was here. I didnt know he was charging hundreds until the assistant fire marshal came in and the detectives two days later. Like holy smoke. This is like a big deal. Reporter here we talked to the owner. She didnt know when he came in and changed some of the tags and fiddled with her fire extinguisher he was a con artist. After a lunch truck flipped over there. Sky force 10 over the scene in fairmont park. You can see the trailer on its side. No one was hurt here but traffic, it was backed up while crews cleared that scene. In the past hour sous jersey road reopened following a morning crash. Around 7 30, a dump truck knocked over poles on chapel avenue in cherry hill which also knocked out power for a short time. The family of local coowner of the Philadelphia Inquirer lewis katz has filed a wrongful death lawsuit two years after he died in a plane crash. The suit says that the defendants including the planes manufacturer caused the crash by their negligence and by manufacturing and or designing a defective product. The ntsb has blamed the crash on pilot error and aircraft design faults. It seeks unspecified damages. The civil suit involving hulk hogans sex tape is in the hands of a florida jury. Hogan is suing gawker for 100 million for posting a video showing him having sex with the wife of his then best friend. His attorneys say he did not consent to the video and gawker didnt follow usual journalism proes. The editors argue it was news worthy. The Colder Weather is coming in over the weekend. And were going to be getting hours worth of snow, a lot of the question is going to be how much of it melts as it falls. We have a combination of clouds and sunshine, you can see blue in that sky. Its been pretty windy. West at 20 gusting to 37 miles an hour. But its 62 degrees right now. 60 in reading, 61 in bensalem, 60 in lancaster. So, its pretty warm across the entire area. 63 in millville and in dover. Those are the warm spots. Out there at the moment. Now, its not going to stay warm, 62 today. But only 47 for the high tomorrow. As the clouds thicken up only 37 sunday, with all of the rain and snow falling. Then on monday its chilly as well. Boy, its going to warm way back up next week. Two light showers across some of the northern portions of our area, the poconos, lehigh valley, that is not associated with this next storm. And its not organized, not even close to being organized at this point. There is a blob of moisture in the middle of the country, a lot near the gulf coast, and so its going to have a hard time coming together to create a major storm. But it is going to create a storm. There we go, sunday morning and the light precipitation is in. So it could be starting off as light rain. Come on, its raining outside. But it could change to snow if the atmosphere gets colder and the precipitation heavier. Thats during the afternoon. And into sunday night. This is many hours of this. And that is part of the problem. Now a little closer view, there could even be some snow sneaking aq by tomorrow evening. And then by sunday morning here we go, theres rain to the south ÷n west. And guess where the rain snow line is for much of the day . There is 4 00 on sunday, snow north and west, darker blue indicating heavier show. You can see this hour after hour of this. Were not talking flurries or a few snow showers. And it doesnt end. According to this model until early monday morning. So, the timeline again, 3 00 a. M. To noon, we start to see some of the precipitation. Mostly melting. In the afternoon, though, may start getting heavy enough to start sticking in areas and changing over to snow in some places that are raining. And anything that falls during the evening is likely to be snow. Overall generally less than an inch southern delaware, extreme south jersey because much of it is going to be rain or melting snow. 1 to 3 inches from philadelphia south and east. Again, a lot of it, either rain or melting snow. But there could be a burst at some point sunday afternoon, mainly snow to the north and webs. 3 to 5 inches though there could be locally heavier amounts, some of those bands of heavier snow set up. A chance of an early shower, then clearing tonight. 36 in philadelphia, 29 north and west. During the day tomorrow, the clouds thicken up, its significantly colder than today, highs only in the upper 40s. But at least not that windy. Then theres the winter storm on sunday. More rain south and east, snow north and west. Its windy and cold everywhere on monday. Cold start on tuesday. And then here comes spring again. 68 wednesday, then into the 70s thursday and friday.
