Hes accused of shooting an officer sunday night and the officer interrupted a carjacking that griffin allegedly carried out with another man. We learned from Court Documents that griffin has 14 prior arrests and less than a week ago wassing in jail. He was let go after a judge cited lack of evidence because two witnesses did not show up to testify. Meanwhile in delaware, a frightening attack for a woman on a popular running trail. You can see theres lights on the trail and an emergency call box going to the police, but there was no camera.
