in yeadon. Shelton allegingledly got away less than 30 and the victims cell phone. Police discovered the evidence in nearby fernwood cemetery. We found a. 9 millimeter handgun tossed on the roof of the fernwood cemetery. The owner of the gun reportedly told police she gave the weapon to shelton. We showed you a little earlier the delaware beaches still have the west wind and theyre really warm. We have dry conditions in most of the area. One or two little showers near harrisburg. Allentown, reading, the chance is a little bit higher. Only difference between perhaps a 20 and 30 chance in any one spot. But thats the advantage you have in these neighborhood forecasts. Philadelphia police tell us the southwest philadelphia teen, quintis clark, they believe was trying to rob the victim and got caught in the act. If you want a neighbor living next to you, it was joe. Reporter yet homicide investigators allege a neighborhood kid killed joseph daly. Nbc 10 has
Learned Police<\/a> believe when 18yearold quintis clark broke into the back of dalys home, daly caught him. He fought back and ultimately he was killed. Reporter when police searched the home, they found daly strangled and beaten to death in the living room. His blue van was missing. Police now have the van. A warrant has been issued for clark. Police say clark killed daly and drove off in the local handymans work van. He was seen getting out of the victims van. We had a couple l people come forward and put him inside of the house at the time of the murder. Reporter police also say the 78yearold daly had lived in this community for 50 years. He was active with the local american legion. They described the navy veteran as kindhearted and quiet. Would give you the shirt off his back. Terrific person. Keith, we got that video through a court order really to show people exactly how it could happen. The video a reminder and a warning for every parent, the kidnapping, itself, happened in a matter of moments. And every step of the crime was recorded on camera. From the surveillance cameras overhead, we can watch it all begin. Moore walking past the mother and her two children, a toddler and infant in the stroller. Amore notices, pauses and appears to start chatting with the family. Just minutes later shes lunching with the woman and her children at the
Food Court Soon<\/a> even rocking the infant in her arms. At one point, amore clears the table walking over to the trash can. This time she returns to the table but just moments later, she, again, steps just behind the mothers back and this time she bolts. Rushing away with the baby in her arms. The mother on the phone back still turned. Cameras captured amore rrkr rac through the mall past the escalators then up the stairs. Within minutes cameras captured her walking out of the mall. This still frame shared thousands of times that day on social media. Amore walked to her car and simply drove away with someone elses child.
