Police found the man in a mobile home on foster drive. An injured woman was found outside. Shes now in critical condition. Philadelphia police have identified the officer who shot a woman accused of trying to run him over in kensington last week. Police say officer omalley shot erica avila in the hand after she tried to run him over last week. Police say after being shot, avila drove off, crashing into a police van.
