Police say michael flairty resisted arrest after they found him hiding in his house in northfield today. Hes charged with harming the older woman as she attempted to call 911 when he allegedly broke into her house just after midnight. Police say he dropped his cell phone during a struggle with the victim. Atlantic city police hope you can help identify the man in these surveillance pictures. Investigators say he beat and robbed a 77yearold woman earlier this month. Police say he followed the victim to her room, attacked her, and stole money. Pennsylvania soon accept applications for those who want to grow and sell medical marijuana or open a dispensary. The state will approve as many as 27 dispensary licenses with up to three locations each. And up to 12 grower processer permits. The city intends to turn it into a walking trail that would eventually run from penn park to the pier 70 Shopping Center at taskers street.
