This road takes you down to 30th street station to the schuylkill so it is important. Earlier today all eyes were on that cornerback there behind me where things came to a crashing halt. The shock of this impact came at lunch time in center city. Sounded like an explosion. Reporter disrupting a thursday that for those here would no longer be typical. Felt like an earthquake. But it was just so much rumbli g rumbling. At the news stand madish heard what happened. I was a little scared because its like a big noise. It happened at the corner, when a bus, a taxi and another vehicle crashed up on this curb. Witnesses describe a Chain Reaction that involved a septa bus, then a school bus. I think the cab hit the bus and then the bus is trying to stop and the cab kept on and i think the cab go and hit, ran into the other bus. Police are trying to piece together what led to the crashes that injured more than a dozen and startled more. It went through and the driver sat there and smoke started, everyone started screaming to turn off the engine . The rush was to make sure everyone was okay. Worried it might submit. Definitely. I was scared. Thank god. It could be me. Reporter feel lucky. Yeah. Reporter a lot of folks were worried that there were kids on that school bus. Fortunately, there were not. People really jumped in to help there. One thing thats important to note tonight, look behind me, the septa station you see that is blocked off, that is the still closed tonight. It was damaged in all of this. I talked to one woman who tells me she is really glad it was there because it stopped that bus and those cars from crashing through that window where she was. Inside that house on the 2300 block they were originally called for a serious assault. They got here they found out that a woman was not able to be saved, a woman in her 50s was stabbed to death in what police tell me is a domestic incident. Again detectives on scene now. Mother and son busted in an alleged real estate scam. Tonight Camden County prosecutors say there are more victims out there. Lisa smith and Christian Edmunds accused of leasing or selling properties that they had no right to sell or rent. Smith had a license revoked for life six years ago. Detectives say they found more than 20 potential victims in camden, gloucester and burlington county, several of them forked over tens of thousands of dollars. A new jersey prosecutor is leaving office amid scrutiny of his offs investigation into the death of a powerful couple. Governor christie said prosecutor Jeffrey Soriano will be replaced by a federal prosecutor. And this comes after a powerful group yesterday called for the reopening of the investigation into the deaths of john and joyce sheridan. Were now hearing there is a 30 minute delay on septas trenton Regional Rail as our desk makes calls for us, fire is burning on a loading dock. We know of no injuries but well keep an eye on this fire in mayfair. A Montgomery County womans trip to whole foods left her with an empty stomach and wallet. Two men in this video took the purse from the womans cart on tuesday in abington township. They went to two stores and used her credit cards to buy gift cards. Take a look at this baby. This 2yearold boy actually stopped breathing so his mother started cpr while her friend called 911. That was the start of a team effort to bring back this guy, little brian. Reporter for alley, that meant performing cpr on her 2monthold son after the tiny boy stopped breathing. A friend called for help february 10th from the familys home, 911 dispatcher Katy Lawrence answered the call. For me, personally, infants and elderly people are definitely the hardest. Reporter she dispatched Police Officer kevin. I arrived to see the mother kneeling next to the child. My training took over. I took control of the baby, began cpr. Emts and paramedics were there. The baby started breathing. He opened his eyes, shut them again. It was an amazing experience. Im a father of three girls, for me it was very touching and holds a special place. The tiny boy who had a preexisting medical condition is now recovering at st. Christophers hospital for children in philadelphia. Were so thankful. The officer says this was the first time he had ever performed cpr on an infant and turns out he and other Department Members just received updated medical training for First Responders within the past couple weeks. It definitely was a great refresher for me in my professional career and helpful with our saving of this infant. As we go through the night tonight, were going to be seeing enough wind to make it feel colder, so by 11 00, 27 degrees it will feel like 20 in philadelphia. But by 7 00 a. M. There is no wind left, so the temperature is 25. And the wind chill is 25. Weve had a lot of sunshine today especially compared to yesterday. The clouds are not that far off. Its just clouds. Were not seeing much precipitation. Couple little blips in wisconsin, thats about it. So as that system moves across during the day tomorrow the chance of precipitation is pretty low. We start off the day very cold. Its going to be in the teens, then the clouds come in during the day tomorrow. Also benefit from being warmer than it would be if we had another day with sunshine. Could be some light snow showers across the poconos. And then yeah, temperature just does not go up a lot. As we go into tomorrow afternoon. But it does go up a lot over the weekend, then we watch to the south for next week. Were talking about in the tuesday to thursday time period, a noreaster developing, you see the winds coming onshore. We have a full moon early next week so.  the tides will be high. And so the stronger the storm is, the more problems will be at the coast. There is a fair amount of arm air at the start. A better chance of snow inland, the Higher Elevations as we go into wednesday and thursday. So, of course it all depends on the track, more inland track would create more rain.
