We had many hours of rain during the night. But now this main area has moved out. We still have the cloudy skies, and there are patches of light rain or showers back to the west. But nothing like what we saw last night. And lets see what the futurecast has to say for this afternoons rush. Just some scattered generally light to moderate showers. Clouds are still there. That will keep the temperatures down. And then a little more significant rain coming through again after 9 00 tonight. But again, nothing like last night. Tomorrow morning, its still cloudy. Theres still showers around. We are stuck in this weather pattern for a while. And as you can see, as we go through the day, cloudy skies continue in philadelphia, up to 60 degrees by 6 00. Well talk more about when a little more significant rain is coming with the rest of the forecast in a few minutes. New jersey authorities are searching for an inmate who escaped from prison. South Jersey Bureau reporter cydney long is live for us with more on the search. Tell us who theyre looking for and when and how this happened. Its now been more than five hours since the department of corrections in bay side prison has been able to account for this prisoner. His name is Arthur Buckel. And the minimum security prison is located just beyond the gates, right down this road on the grounds of a psychiatric hospital. Lets take a look at what he looks like. 6 00 a. M. , a check of all the prisoner beds this morning, thats when the department of corrections realized prisoner Arthur Buckel had escaped. Hes just 19 days away from being paroled. Right now, police and Corrections Officers are crawling and combing the neighborhoods that border this facility, looking for him. We found them on cedar road. So far, there is no sign of buckel, who is serving time for aggravated assault. Winds low police are also assisting in the manhunt. They dont know what clothes he was wearing. Local resident Matt Harrison saw the commotion. He became concerned. He pulled over to ask us what was going on . I was on the pike, i saw them ride through there. I kind of came this way because i saw them heading this way. Keep your eye out and lock your doors. For us to be a little more secure, i think. And in a cell phone message to residents, they say buckel is about 59, weighs 180 pounds, has a goatee and a small tattoo under his left eye. Also important to note i checked with wins low police and Hamilton Police to ask if any of the schools are on lockdown. They tell me no, but police are crawling thou these neighborhood and anyone with information regarding his whereabouts, you should Contact Police immediately. Im cydney long, nbc10 news. Moore is being held without bail. Another child who was in the house at the time is now in protective custody. And Philadelphia Police call a shooting that left two cousins wounded rather unusual. A 16yearold boy and a 20yearold woman were found around 1 00 this morning in north philadelphia. Police say the victims lived close to the scene of the shooting, but instead of running home, they were found two blocks away. The Surveillance System captured the suspect lingering outside the club on packer avenue back on the night of the crime, april 6th, when it happened. Video shows the suspect snatching the victims bag, which contained 5,000, plus a drivers license and credit cards. The suspect then took off running through the parking lot. If you happen to recognize the suspect, youre asked to call police. And this morning, crews will be back at the Schuylkill River to figure out where a Mysterious Oil sheen came from. The oil sheen surfaced yesterday in center city and spanned about a quarter mile. The coast guard is working with the office of Emergency Management and the Fire Department to determine the source of the material in the water. Whoses responsible and how best to clean it up.
