A former inmate is suing the state of georgia after he spent three decades in prison for a crime he didnt commit. Timothy john tho Timothy Johnson was arrested. He says he was coerced into confessing. At one point, he claims Law Enforcement officials took him out of his cell, took him to a combrij and dangled him over it.
