There were two people in the car. They say they were just pulling away from the Walmart Shopping Center in quakertown after dropping a Family Member off at work when this happened. As soon as we make the lefthand turn, we hear bang. I turned around, i see the window has been shot, glass hit me in the arm. Reporter from about 5 30 yesterday afternoon, police up in bucks county were looking for brandon grosso. Soon after our 11 00 p. M. News aired, rich land Township Police found him with Quakertown Police at this Holiday Inn Express in quakertown. Overnight he was arrested and arraigned. And this morning he is in jail. Also new from overnight, investigators trying to figure out what caused this car to crash into a deli in north philly. You see from sky force 10 the car went up on to the sidewalk at 22nd and cambria last night and slammed into the front wall of the polar deli. One person is recovered from is recovering from minor injuries. Two riders are hurt after their motorcycles crashed in philadelphia. Sky force 10 over the scene on kelly drive near the falls bridge in fairmount park. The crash happened just before 11 00 last night. Were working to find out the victims conditions and more details on the accident. The Philadelphia Police officer is under arrest after shooting charges and a crash at a scene. Officer roth scott is accused of opening fire on three people in a car in north philadelphia. The real story may not have come to light if not for surveillance video. Officer scott was off duty when a car collided with his motorcycle at broad and tioga last june. He reports said was dragged and the men in the car had a gun. Surveillance video showed a different recount. Officer scott immediately pulled his gun after being thrown from his bike and fired three shots. One bullet merl missed the driver and passenger. He put the gun in his hand, pointed in the drivers face. Officer scott faces aggravated assault charges. Hes currently suspended but is expected to be dismissed from the Police Department next month. Out on bail. Nbc10 was outside court in center city last night moments after amtrak engineer Brandon Bostian was arraigned on manslaughter charges and released on 81,000 bond. The engineer turned himself in to authorities yesterday. He said nothing as authorities handcuffed him on the street and led him into the ninth Police District in spring garden. The engineers arrest came two years after his speeding train derailed in Port Richmond killing eight people and injuring 200 others. Investigators say bostian was distracted by radio traffic when he accelerated to twice the speed limit going into a sharp curve. Pennsylvania attorney general josh shapiro told nbc10 why he charged bostian after philadelphia prosecutors decided not to. My Terrific Team in the office of the term reviewed the facts and the law and determined the charges were warranted to seek justice to the victims of the train crash. The philadelphia d. In montgomery county, all charges will stand against a Teenager Police say was involved in a fight at Cheltenham High School this month. 18yearold amber lewis faces aggravated assault and related charges. Three younger teens pleaded guilty for their roles in the fight. Lewis is expected back in court in july. In bucks county, were learning more about a feasterville man accused of fathering two children with a teenager that were gifted to him. Lee caplan is being evaluated to determine if hes mentally competent to stand trial. Depending on the results, his lawyer could present an insanity defense. Hes accused of sexually assaulting six girls in the same family. The girls were found in his home last summer. The Pennsylvania State fire marshal is investigating a tragedy on the campus of Millersville University in lehigh county. A longtime grounds keeper was killed after the rider he was on caught fire.
