Already a slowdown here and 95 southbound right around girard avenue from the vine street expressway eastbound headed towards 95 as well. Well take a live shot of one of those checkpoints, at least approaching the checkpoints. Thats headed northbound. You can see with the lane restrictions in place with vehicles moving forward, were starting to see some of the delays right now since theyre getting down to two lanes.
