The rest of the area, the clouds will be thinning out. Well see sunshine take over and the humidity will be dropping. 68 degrees at 8 00. Expecting to see sunshine and 75 degrees at 11 00. But look at the north northwesterly winds, dry air coming in. Even though the temperatures will be climbing, the humidity will be dropping. You can see all that traffic moving along, headed towards the schuylkill or 30th street station, youll see a 10 to 15minute delay right now with the earlier jackknifed tractortrailer trying to get cleaned up and out of the way. Happening today, a remembrance ceremony will be held at the World Trade Center<\/a> site in Lower Manhattan<\/a> when terrorists crashed planes into the twin towers 14 years ago today. Two memorial pools stand in the footprints of the towers. The names of those killed that day are etched in stone. Ceremonies are being held at the pentagon and in shanksville, pennsylvania, where two other jets crashed. There are a number of memorials happening locally as well. In just a few hours, a memorial is being held at the garden of reflection in yardley, bucks county. Its one of the largest memorials in our area. Katy zachry is live for us this morning. Reporter vai and tracy, it is such an emotional day for so many people, especially for families here in bucks county. Here in bucks county they lost 18 men and women in the attacks of september 11th. If we want over to the left outside of this fountain, their names are etched in glass around the water. Outside of their names along the larger circle are the names of nearly 3,000 victims the nearly 3,000 victims killed 14 years ago today. Every year this 9 11 Memorial Ceremony<\/a> is widely attended by hundreds, if not thousands of people. Friends, relatives and even the immediate family. This township alone lost nine people and a red maple tree has local victims here. There are luminaries lighting the paths and each of those 42 lights represents a child in pennsylvania who lost a parent. Now the setup for this mornings ceremony is already beginning as you can see back out here live. There are crews who are getting the audio set and setting up chairs. New from overnight, crews put out a fire at a scrap yard in chester. The fire spread to the roof of this building but firefighters were able to get it out quickly. The scrap yard has been in business for 60 years. The coast guard will be out again today at sunrise in about 15 minutes looking for a missing pilot. His plane went down yesterday afternoon about seven miles off the coast of Atlantic City<\/a>. The plane was flying into ac from michigan. Take a listen to air traffic control. This was a man they brought out of a home where police had been on the scene for some time now on 6th street and chester, 6th and haze. Heres what we know at this point. There was some type of shooting. There was a shooting at the home. Someone was injured in that shooting we dont know the circumstances. There were multiple shots fired according to police. We dont know if the situation is entirely resolved but we do see Police Looking<\/a> much more relaxed than they were previously and, again, they just brought a man out of the home in handcuffs. He was wearing a tank top and they put him in the back of that patrol car there. No idea who is he or what his involvement in this shooting would be. They plan to install security cameras in neighborhoods. Ten students were charged, five of those were arrested were Football Player<\/a>s and were dismissed from the team. The player arrested yesterday is running back lloyd terry jr. The university has not aunnoed what action it will take with him yet. Camden county is keeping a close eye on mans best friend in an effort to prevent purchases from puppy mills. Normans law requires inspections of all pet stores in Camden County<\/a>. Officials want to make sure the stores arent buying and selling dogs from puppy mills. The stores will have to prove where their animals came from and if they violate the law, the shop could be shut down. A majority of the dogs that end up in shelters and rescues are people buy a dog, they done the realize what theyve gotten themselves into with medical bills, genetic problems and eauu t hahp hc Camden County<\/a> is the fourth in the nation and first in new jersey to announce legislation, restricting the sale of puppy mill dogs. We just saw about three minutes ago police led a man out of the home in handcuffs and put him in the back of that cruiser that was driving away. We now know though that authorities, weve confirmed with them, authorities shot and killed a man inside that home during a drug raid. You see that several agents, fbi agents, federal agents are coming in and out of 612 and the house right next to it, 610. Now what weve been told by Police Sources<\/a> here, is that federal agents came to this house to participate in a raid. Im being told it is not a drug raid. During the course of the raid, someone approached the officers pointing a gun at them. And the officer then opened fire, shooting and killing that male suspect. Were not sure now exactly what brought officers here to this home other than what theyre describing to me as a raid. You can see that there are dozens of fbi agents, federal officers here, undercover officers here. The Police Commissioner<\/a> from chest chester, bale, has just arrived on the scene. He tells us hell give us an update momentarily. My photographer, dave palmer will show you, there are dozens of neighbors out on the street watching this. When we pulled up a short time ago, police were taping off the area in an effort to keep us back from the scene. We also can tell you that one person was taken away by police.
