Police are looking for the gunman who shot three men outside after bar in north philadelphia. This happened just before midnight at 27th and lehigh avenue. The victims are between the ages of 18 and 30. All three were shot in the legs. They are all expected to recover. Police are trying to track down doss of propane tanks. Its a story first on 10 and we continue to follow it. Matt delucia is live at northeast detectives and matt, the concern here is what the stolen propane tanks could be used for. Reporter absolutely. These are not the size that you or i might use for the grill or barbecue. They are very large tanks, so investigators are trying to figure out who took these and why. Local Law Enforcement agencies throughout the area after the 43 tanks were stolen. One on the 2300 of Church Street and this happened last week. Surveillance video captured a man loading the tanks into a dark minivan. Here is why there is so much concern. More than half of them are large enough that you need a fork tlift move them around. They are heavy. They are typically used for applicati industrial applications. The attempted times square bombing for one involved smaller propane tanks so it has been used for terrorism in the past. There is more of a Police Presence. The unit is working on this. There has not been a direct link to this being involved but investigators are locking at all possibilities because they dont know quhi these were stolen.
