First well talk about the democrats. The delegates were all awarded proportionately. We didnt see a major runaway. However, Hillary Clinton picked up wins in all five of the states that voted yesterday. Big victories for her in florida, ohio and north carolina. Bernie sanders had a much tighter showing in illinois and missouri. For the republicans, donald trump won four out of five, again, the only loss was ohio. He now has nearly a 250 delegate lead over ted cruz who was in second place. Both candidates pushed hard last night to bring in marco rubios supporters. And to look at the nomination, to lock the nomination, donald trump needs to win about 60 of the remaining delegates. Its difficult but still possible.
