Doctors are busy talking to parents about what they need to do. Try to notice any changes in how your kids act. It could pinpoint learning problems or bullying. Of course you want the kids to be well round with the sports or activities but you need to also be aware of that as well. So the main thing is we dont want to overschedule him. Okay. We say, okay, pick one or two depending on the schedule. Allow them to do that. And give them time to do it. Whats most important is that kids arent so heavily scheduled that theyre tired when they get home, they dont get to have dinner with their family, they dont have play time with their friends and by the time they study its so late that they cant even concentrate. Its important to keep that in mine. As for sleep, that is also very important. Get that bedtime and wakeup schedule started now, according to the doctor you just heard from there.
