A man is in Critical Condition this morning after a fight leads to a shooting between an offduty Philadelphia Police officer and his relative. The shooting happened yesterday at the officers home on taughten street in northeast philadelphia. Police say the officer got into an argument with a family member, the fight escalated and a gunfired twice, hitting the relative. Investigators say the gun used in the shooting is the officers offduty weapon. A 19yearold from oregon disappeared during the made in america festival concert on sunday night. His name isc nelson armstro. He was at the concert with friends. Here he is, last scene around 11 30 last night.
