Police tell us the victim was shot after an argument. The victims name has not been released. Philadelphia police are investigating a crash between a medic unit and a car. Nbc 10 on the scene at city and lancaster avenues around 3 30 this morning. A patient was in the ambulance at the time of the crash though no one was hurt. One of the lines getting an updated schedule will be the Paoli Thorndale line. The overbrook stop is one of the stops along that line, now potentially bringing more commuters to the city as those people head back to school. A man is in Critical Condition this morning after a fight leads to a shooting between an offduty Philadelphia Police officer and his relative. The shooting happened yesterday at the officers home on taughten street in northeast philadelphia. Police say the officer got into an argument with a family member, the fight escalated and a gunfired twice, hitting the relative. Investigators say the gun used in the shooting is the officers offduty weapon. A 19yearold from oregon disappeared during the made in america festival concert on sunday night. His name isc nelson armstro. He was at the concert with friends. Here he is, last scene around 11 30 last night. Nelson was wearing a tan hersheys bucket hat, a black button down shirt and shorts and sneakers. If you happen to know anything about his disappearance, youre asked to call police.
