North toward the tacony palmyra bridge, youre good there, too. No scheduled openings. Philadelphia police are looking for the driver involved in this hit and run. It was just before 11 00 last night, a 49yearold man was hit by a car in a parking lot in the rhawnhurst neighborhood. Witnesses called 911, got the cars license plate number and a short time later, police found the chevy but not the driver. The man who was hit is in very critical condition. Prosecutors in france say theyve arrested eight people in connection with the truck attack in nice that killed 86 in july. The suspect is linked to the attacker shot and killed by police. Isis claimed responsibility for that attack where a truck barrelled into a crowd waiting to see holiday fireworks. 6 03. 69 degrees outside. Intelligence officials tell nbc news that the suspect, his father and brother travelled to pakistan and afghanistan multiple times over the last decade. And today, we know more about the suspect behind this weekends shooting rampage. Police sores say Nicholas Glenn left a rambling note behind which he referred to himself in the third person as solo tattoo tears. During his last day he was sent to solitary confinement three times. It was that isolation that his cousin says contributed to a Suicide Attempt last year. I came home, he was out of it, like he tried to commit suici suicide. He was a different guy . Yes. In april of this year, glenns supervised probation was extended again with an order that glenn receive a Mental Health evaluation. Family members believe he snapped friday night. One of the officers wounded by Nicholas Glenn says hell be back in uniform as soon as he can.
