Reporter rosemary, police were able to make that identification, thanks in part to the councilman who identified that suspect, picked him out of a photo lineup. Since then, the search has been on for this man. 24yearold sean yarby. Theres a warrant out for his arrest and he is now considered a fugitive. Overnight, detectives searched his last he have known addresses but they were unable to find him. Police say that yarbury tried to rob councilman oh as he returned home. The councilman was stabbed in the side and the
District Attorney
has charged their suspect with attempted murder, robbery, assault, as well as some other charges. Police are hoping the public can help them locate their suspect. Obviously, we consider him to be armed and extremely dangerous as a result of the actions that we heard he committed to the councilman. Could have been much worse. And the way this guy attacked, went in attack mode right away, continued to try to injure the councilman, if it hadnt been for him fighting as hard as he did, it could have been worse. District Attorney<\/a> has charged him with the assault, the robbery, and attempted murder of councilman david oh as well as other charges included in those counts. Yesterday, councilman oh was able to positively identified it will suspect, 24yearold sean yardbury out of a photo lineup. Since then, the search has been on. Last night police searched his last known address es but were not able to find him. Police say that he tried to rob councilman in the kingsessing neighborhood. Police are hoping the public can help them track yardbury down and bring him into their custody. The kid has been a lifelong resident of this area, so people know who he is. We believe at this point he may be homeless or living from house to house. So were asking him to turn himself in or a

The case of a bucks county man accused of sexually abusing six sisters will go to the jury next week. The defense rested yesterday without calling any witnesses. Prosecutors say the victims were given to defendant lee kaplan as gifts from their parents. The girls were reluctant to testify against kaplan until their mother met with them. Jurors heard a recording of the girls mother telling them to tell the truth about what kaplan did to them. Kaplans defense
Attorney Says<\/a> the girls mother cooperated because she wanted a plea deal for her role in the case. Its clear from my perspective and that there was an influence from the d. A. s office on those girls, as many times as they can tell you, they told them just to tell the truth. I think that was said with a wink. Thats a very hard thing for them to do. Jeffrey Wilson<\/a> jr. Last month. Hes charged with invasion of privacy and harassment. The incidents allegedly happened back in april at two different supermarkets in hamilton township. Wilmington is considering a change to its curfew law. City council is considering an ordinance that would impose earlier curfews on anybody under the age of 13. Leaders hope it will help to cut down on youth violence. Kids would have an 8 00 summer in the curfew and 9 00 the rest of the year. The committee will be considering the curfew on june 14th. We talked to the mayors office. Representatives there tell us that more work needs to be done on this plan. Well keep you posted on that. A new report on the smyrna, delaware, prison uprising suggests that a lot of changes need to be made. Prisoners took over the c building at the
Vaughn Correctional Center<\/a> back in february. Thats when an officer was killed. The report shows serious staffing, training, and technology issues. The report also says that the
Corrections Officers<\/a> salaries needs to go up, forced overtime needs to go down, and overall communication needs to get better. Many of these issues came up before in a report in 2005. The governor who was just elected last year and started in office in january tells us that the changes are coming.
