Reporter it took seven people to lift this car off a man stuck underneath it. Witnesses said the 69yearold victim was drug down the bronx street, his clothes tattered and ripped. Orlando was one of the Good Samaritans who rushed to the car but couldnt lift it on his own, and he yelled for others to help. He says he thought the man underneath the the tire was dead, but somehow he survived. Cell phone video shows the paramedics putting a neck brace on the victim who police have not identified. Investigators said hes in critical but stable condition. Reporter he was walking in this crosswalk in westchester, and the car drug him a quarter of a mile down the block.
