[ ding, ding ] ladies and gentlemen reporter the long islander who shot the video is stunned that in full view of conductors and train personnel, a commuter hunkered down inside the engineers cab off limits to the public amid buttons, dials, brakes and door controls, allegedly drinking a beer, reading the evening paper. Just as the train is crowded they should not be sitting in the conductors area especially drinking a beer. Reporter with few empty seats, this rider seemed to find comfort and open space to stretch out. At one point a passenger apparently thinking the man in the cab is a conductor asked a schedule question. Whats [ indiscernible ] reporter off limit seating is not all that unusual during rush hour. They usually leave the doors open see we can sit there when theres not enough seats. Reporter at one point the conductor passes by the open cab and doesnt ask the man to move out of the secure area although the railroad says a passenger would not have been able to use the controls without a key. A drug suspect on the run for hours this afternoon in queens is in custody tonight t police swarming a neighborhood in south jamaica after a man suspected of struggling with a dea agent over his gun got away. The struggle happened in the parking lots of a hamptons inn near jfk airport around noon. Its were investigating a drug operation when they tried to arrest ricardo ruizrosado. No one was hurt when one shot was fired. Ruizrosado got away. Police searched house to house. He was captured around 5 00 tonight while in hiding inside a shed. New information in a hit andrun crash involving an mta bus that killed an elderly woman in brooklyn. Police have charged the driver, 48yearold paul roper, in the crash. The victims damaged walker seen on the street in ocean hill. Witnesses say is the b15 bus was making a turn and hit 70 yearold carol bell at zachman and fulton streets around 6 a. M. So when they discovered someone without permission put this 10foothigh 200foot long deer fence on the edge of the towns first cemetery, they were outraged. This was extremely hurtful because a lot of the people who have ancestors buried here. Reporter local historians alarmed by the fence and hedge erected by the owner of the

12 feet over his property line. He dug post holes going down three feet. Reporter the resting place of indians and southamptons founders. I would say there are thousands of people buried here. There are probably historic artifacts in that dirt. Reporter the oldest intact cemetery in new york may look like an empty field but most of the graves dating back to the 1600s have no markers. To go digging into a cemetery where you dont know where people is buried is really not a very good idea. Reporter what now . The homeowner could face trespassing charges and fines.
