A bronx man is recovering after strong winds caused bricks to rain down on his head 50yearold luis lopez was actually watching the wild weather on the news last night when he decided to go out for a beer run. As he was returning, several bricks came dislodged from his building and fell on him. At least one of them hit him on the head. The mans brother says lopez had a serious Skull Fracture and needed surgery. But he is expected to be okay. One call for help turns into intense drama for the crew on two boats. 7 fishermen were rescued from a fishing boat that got stuck in East Rockaway inlet early this morning. But they werent the only ones in distress. The coast guard crew sent to rescue them also had issues. Crew members actually had to swim to shore after their boat capsized. U. S. Coast guard rescue swimmer wound up going in the water. He couldnt even handle the so conditions are very deceiving. Coast guard officials questioned the fishermen to try determine what happened. Hoboken is a city divided over what to do about flooding. There are plans to build a floodwall to try to keep the water out every time theres a heavy rain. But not everyone is happy about it.
