Investigators with blue ashs Police Department are going to have their work cut out for them. There are three separate crime scenes. Two people in custody and police still looking for more. The shooting happened along the 11000 block of oak avenue. Three men were shot and took off. Police say one of them drove away but caused a four car crash. In that victims back seat a three year old who was treated for minor injuries. Another victim drove his car to a nearby speedway and was treated at a hospital. Thing. A blue ash family narrowly missed being shot themselves. Including this 10yearold boy. Who heard five bullets fly through his garage and his room. I hear like five things that sound like gunshots. I dont even check to see what looks like the damage and then i run upstairs and say to my dad that i heard something that sounded like gunshots. His dad initially believed they were fireworks. Theres an emergency hearing scheduled this morning concerning the baby born to Rebekah Kinner in prison. Prison. Kinner is accused of standing by and doing nothing, while her boyfriend allegedly abused her 2yearold daughter kinsley to death. Rebekah in jail a week ago. Butler county did some paternity testing on the man who rebekah says is the father, and kinners family is trying to come to an arrangment so they can be in the babys life. We expect to learn more at todays hearing. The woman who skipped court for a hitandrun that injured an 11yearold girl. Is back in custody and due in court today. Ruby estepp was booked into the Hamilton County jail last night. Shes accused of hitting a young girl walking in a marked crosswalk and then driving off.
