Rescue crews ran a line across the flooded street and helped those stranded drivers walk across to safety. A state of emergency has been declared in the state of South Carolina tonight. Three deaths are now being blamed on this flooding and many people say they have lost everything they own. Pretty much everybody down there has lost everything this morning. Ed firefighters say it appears that the flames started on the first floor of the house and then spread quickly. Right now police are investigating the arsenal of weapons taken from a New Hampshire man. He claimed he had shot four people when police knocked on his door.
