Feingold, who has significantly more money and name recognition, is favored in the primary. Pollsters seem to have called this primary as well. We found out were four hours delayed. Airport monitors incorrectly listed flights as on time. The dealys and cancellations deltas ceo. Its an all hands on deck effort.
