That prosecutor confirmed to cbs 58 today Dennis Brantner will have a hearing september 6th. It will be with the judge from the first trial that ended in a hung jury. That judge will retrial will be granted. Brantner was arrested last year for the 1990 murder of 18yearold berit beck after new evidence was uncovered.
