The officer was responding to call around 10 30 last night on 16th street near green bay road. As the officer got out of his vehicle. He saw a car coming straight for him. He jumped back in brunt. Now the search is one for the driver of a dark, sedan type car. A school bus was hit by a car that ran a red light this morning. Luckily no children were on board. Board. Police say around 8 30 a car with five people inside ran a red light near 64th and villard. That caused a Chain Reaction crash. The car hit the bus. Then ran into a house. The bus hit another car that was stopped at the light. The bus driver suffered minor injuries. All five people in the car that ran the light were also hurt.
