Then on wednesday clerks will be thursday the ballot counting begins and every county must finish by 8pm on december 12 and then on the 13th the final recount will be submitted. Its going to require ballot counters to work nights and weekends to get it done. The Walworth County clerk already putting out a call for volunteers today to help. As for the issue of a hand count the Commission Says state law dictates the process. It is up to each county hand or by voting equipment under state law.
