Brandon johnson was 25years old when he was arrested for erratic behavior in october of 2012. He was sent to the Mental Health complex and thats where he died. We saw him on a video as he walked into the Mental Health complex unassisted. We know that sometime after entering the facility, brandon . . . . . . Was severely fractured. His spine was damaged. Damaged. 3 at the News Conference announcing the lawsuit seeking what attorneys call justice for the family. A statement sa Brandon Johnson mysteriously suffered trauma to his neck on the day he was admitted to the Mental Health complex, including a fractured vertebrae. Attorneys say even though the complex was just a block away from froedtert hospital, the staff refused to send him there, believing that his complaints were psycho somatic and he was . Not . Physically hurt. It struck me as a health being trained properly, was overwhelmed just didnt have the policies and procedures in effe to provide the care that someone needed certainly ifthey were exhibiting physical problems. Problems. A john doe investigation was conducted after johnsons death, but it produced no crimiinal charges.
