Without those signatures and full addresses including the city, ballots cannot be handful of incomplete ballots here in waukesha, and hundreds of cases reported in milwaukee, racine, and madison according to the wisconsin election commission. Who today sent out a memo standing by their decision requiring this information. Here in waukesha, the Clerks Office has sent out instruction forms, and even highlighted the important changes this year, so there are no issues. Because we are still a few weeks away from the election, the Clerks Office has been trying to get ahold of anyone who hasnt correctly. And many times they say, its just missing the city from the address. They say if you want your vote to count, have the witness fill out all the information, and get your absentee ballot in as early as possible. If those happen to come back, and they dont have a witness address on them, and we cant reach the voter, that dont have a phone number on file, those are going to be tough to remedy and count on election day. Julie niikwambe bell will do at least one a half years in prison for the drug charges he faced in connection with the shooting death of a teenage boy in sussex last spring. Bell and a friend, london white, met 16yearold George Erickson back in may for what was a likely drug deal.
