Mincey says she didnt know if someone in her family was hit, worried that police shot with by. I have four children that need me and they couldve took my life trying to kill somebody else. And all i was trying to do was go to the store. The teen driver, in what officer later learned was a stolen car, drove to stonybrook lane. He and two others ran away. Only he was caught. Mincey knows police were just doing their job, and protecting themselves but she wishes they wouldve thought about her as well. Its sad. It is just sad.
