The crooks actually intended to send the fake credit cards to a local fedex store. Instead though, they wound up here at this clearwater toys r us. And now two people are in jail and there could be more arrests and more victims out there. They look pretty convincing to a cashier or anyone who is not really scrutinizing them for a specific reason. Reporter and just look at the stack of credit cards with stolen information. Police tell us they could luckily in this case, suspicious toys r us workers called Clearwater Police when they showed up on their doorstep. And now two are facing fraud charges. They are accused of being on the intended receiving end of the cards and buying nice stuff like sunglasses and electronics. Now police are still trying to identify more of the victims of this polk county particular scheme. The problem now, there could be more fake credit cards out there. So if you think you have your information compromised, you should certainly contact police, gayle. Yeah, this happened to me twice back to back. So you got to stay vigilant. Developing this morning, theres more support for apple in the show down with the fbi. Now you will remember this is a case over a terrorists locked iphone. In a similar case involving an admitted drug dealer, a new york judge ruled in favor of apple. That judge explained the u. S.
