Pasco county is one of seven county districts that are actually involved with this lawsuit. The parents rules are simply confusing and School Districts are not interpreting all of them the same. The parents believe the student should advance to the next grade based on the entire school years body of work and not just the standardized test scores. One parent opted his kids out.
