The Sheriffs Office tells us the teen claims she was just joking, but beginning october 1st, a new state law goes into effect where similar threats, even those unintended could schools. In pinellas county, a 15year old had a loaded gun on him on campus at lakewood high school. A probation officer is serving search warrants for his arrest when he found it tuesday under the teens clothing. The student is facing third degree felony charges.
