Nationwide adds up to over 340,000 searches in the past two years and that is six times the amount in states that do require judicial review. In Indiana Police simply have to provide a case number and in West Virginia no case numbers required. Only a promise of an investigation. And that the 31 states that do 23 dont even honor the program. When utah did an audit the state concluded access may have resulted in questionable use and more than half of the cases sampled. The states like new mexico dont conduct audits and dont require warrants for Law Enforcement. You trust that. Absolutely. The top regulator in new mexico said he is unaware of the database and believe it would be illegal. But state records reveal a different story. There is a Police Officer who accessed it more than 30 times getting patient information. Whats going on here. I have no idea but i am glad you have brought this to my attention. We will still see some Flooding Issues but those are going to be lessened as we go through a nice sunny day. Again we have seen some showers move through again from last night but we have cleared off nicely and while there is that moisture from the gulf up to where hermine is now it is getting pulled out of the way and by the time this starts to and away from land we will pretty much have everything out of our general direction as well.
